I'm a Certified Personal Training Specialist and a newly certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, committed to helping individuals thrive as they age, remain independent, decrease health risks, and achieve their health and fitness goals.

I pride myself on creating fun, safe, and effective fitness programs that not only improve strength and confidence but also help prevent injury and disease —regardless of your age, gender, fitness level, or ability. As a Personal Training Specialist, I work to optimize physical function, ensuring that every client is empowered to live their best life while maintaining mobility, vitality, and independence as they age.

My approach is rooted in listening closely to my clients, understanding their goals, and helping them reach higher as they progress. I believe that fitness is about more than just exercise—it's about building a lifestyle that promotes long-term health, joy, and a sense of accomplishment.

In 2005, I became a registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). My experiences on the ambulance allowed me to see firsthand the importance of living a healthy and active life. It was then that I had decided that I wanted to work with individuals to prevent them from ending up in an abumalnce in the first place! That experience, combined with my medical knowledge, outlook on life, and love of fitness, led me to become a Certified Personal Training Specialist in 2010. Since then, I have continually upgraded my qualifications to stay current in an ever changing fitness industry. I have recently achieved my Menopause Coaching Specialist certification as well and I'm excited to apply my education to support women through one of life's most transformative phases, helping them navigate the physical and emotional changes of menopause with confidence and strength.

Fitness, health, and athletics have always been a central part of my life. Growing up in Edmonton, Alberta, I spent countless hours playing street hockey outside, riding bikes, going on "adventures", and was always enrolled in the community soccer and ice hockey teams. At the age of 15, I signed up for my first YMCA membership and have been weight training ever since! In 2012, through a brief stint in Triathlon, I was introduced to the sport of cycling and instantly became hooked! Today, I enjoy a variety of activities, including mountain biking, gravel biking, road cycling, cyclocross racing, weight training, travelling, camping, and hiking. Mixed in with all the adventures, I also love food experiences, meeting new people, petting all the animals, and curling up with a good book!

Whether you're looking to get stronger, have guidance as you transition through menopause, age more actively, or simply maintain your independence and vitality, I'm committed to guiding you toward your best self, every step of the way.
